Quality+ brings together inclusive education, competence development, and quality assurance to strengthen adult education across Europe.
About the Project:
Quality+ aims to enhance adult education standards by combining inclusive pedagogy, competence development, and quality assurance systems.
The project brings together experienced partners from six European countries (Norway, Italy, Greece, Romania and Spain) to:
• Improve inclusive teaching practices
• Support educators working with diverse adult learners
• Develop quality-driven systems in adult education organisations
Our approach connects policy, practice, and innovation to ensure adult learning is accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
Key Objectives
The project pursues three main objectives:
1. Strengthen educator competences
Enhance inclusive learning skills of at least 100 adult education professionals from partner and EU countries.
2. Develop inclusive work-life programmes
Create and pilot two competence development programmes tailored for:
• Adults with ADHD
•Immigrant adult learners
3. Improve quality management systems
Adapt and enhance quality assurance systems ( EQUASS) within adult education organisations in six partner countries.

1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025
Project Launch & Planning
Successfully initiated our new project, setting the stage for innovation and growth. The project officially starts with partner coordination, role definition, Transnational Kick-off meeting and detailed planning. Management, quality assurance, visibility and communication structures are established.
1 January 2026 – 30 June 2026
Research & Analysis
Partners carry out research and study visits to analyse inclusive adult education practices across Europe. Learners’ needs and quality assurance systems are assessed.
01 July 2026 – 31 December 2026
Program Development
Inclusive work-life competence programs for ADHD learners and immigrants are developed. Training materials and learning tools for educators are created and reviewed.
01 January 2027 – 30 June 2027
Testing & Training
The developed programs are piloted and educators participate in in-person and online training activities. Quality systems are tested, refined, and improved.
01 July 2027 – 30 September 2027
Dissemination & Evaluation
Successfully, project results are shared through national and European multiplier events. Final evaluation, sustainability planning, and reporting are completed.
